This project is focused on exploring creativity support tools outside of art and design fields. I studied the HR field to discover their goals and workflows, and proposed a management system to help with a specific problem area: applicant/candidate filtering.
The idea is provide users with an interface that enables them to be creative in the process of discovering and filtering for job candidates. Instead of relying on keyword research, the interface helps generate intuitive links between data points.
